Pre-Employment Health Assessment
A pre employment assessment on the health status of a potential employee is the key to ensuring an individual is fit for the job they are undertaking without posing a risk to themselves or to those around them. It will clarify any health issues with the applicant as it is essential that a prospective employee does not undertake a job where a particular work activity could aggravate a pre-existing medical condition and identify and adjustments that may need to be undertaken. It also provides a baseline and a documented record of an employee’s health status at the beginning of their employment.

Pre employment assessments take the form of a clinical questionnaire and additionally, a consultation with the occupational health physician, a medical examination and GP report if required. Once this assessment is complete, a fitness certificate will be issued and advice given in relation to the applicability of the Disability Discrimination Act where relevant.

Executive Pre and Post Employment Health Assessment
Senior members of staff are especially valuable to an organisation with greater responsibilities and stresses. This executive assessment is a thorough in-depth medical consultation, clinical examination with laboratory and scientific testing, and health and well-being advice on performing an executive role, including fitness, lifestyle and travel.
